Finding Your Policy

We want to make your claims experience as simple and convenient as possible.

To get started with your claim, we need to look up your policy.

We need two pieces of information -

Your Email Address or Policy Number; and
Your Departure Date or Policy Purchase Date

For reference, your policy number is in the documents you received when you purchased your policy.
